At Just For U, we are committed to providing world-class support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families throughout Ocean and Monmouth Counties; Just For U offers innovative, high-quality respite services. 

With our dedicated team of trained staff and volunteers, Just For U provides weekend recreation activities for attendees. Our programs offer support to families by providing opportunities for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities to enjoy recreational activities with their peers. In offering weekend respite (Friday afternoon-Sunday afternoon), we provide engaging activities for those with developmental and intellectual disabilities while granting their families the freedom to run errands, schedule appointments, or tend to business that, otherwise, may require some planning and arrangement.

Our activities and programs are catered to the interests of our participants. For instance,  arts and crafts classes, bingo nights, talent shows, dances, movie nights, science-related activities, and visits to various points of interest are all recreation opportunities offered to our attendees.
